My contact with that third party, referred to as "The Warehouse" from here on out, is through Olympic Tool & Safety Supply in Olympia WA.

After you place your order through me, the order is transmitted and "The Warehouse" will verify your order. Billing is done on a 2% in10 Net 30-day account, or if you prefer VISA, MC, AMEX (I destroy all credit card information once your order is shipped). Purchase orders are accepted. Since my first year selling tools through "The Warehouse" there has been two significant times when price changes happened, 1997 - 2000, and 2011 - 2014. They are rally good about having consistent prices.
NOTE 2-21-14: As a result of new regulations in 2014 (80,000), 20+ new taxes, and other symptoms of a down economy prices have been steadily increasing. I will concentrate my efforts of price comparisons on new products and price changes on established products.
