TAP CON DRILL BIT
MADE IN THE U.S.A. these professional quality concrete screw drill bits are designed for use in TAPCON®, CONDRIVE®, AND B&D® drilling systems. They feature a tang shank that fits installations tools for these ststems but can also be used in ordinary drill chucks. Bits have a black oxide finish with a specially designed carbide tip to provide optimum pilot hole sizes for 3/16” and ¼” concrete anchor screws. The entire bit is fully hardened to provide added strength and longer life. Size and length of these bits must be compatible with the size of the screws and anchors you use. SELF FEEDING DRILL BIT
Manufactured to the highest standards from heavy duty alloy steel, heat treated for durability, black finish with a rust inhibitor. These single cutter self feeding drill bits are designed for drilling large diameter holes in wood for pipe, conduit, cable, and other applications. Bits feature a COARSE THREAD FEED SCREW 9one extra included) which easily pulls the bit into the wood as the bit rotates. The SHARP POINT and COARSE THREAD design of the feed screw results in fast, effortless feeding in dry , wet or even gummy wood. The inside cutting plane shaves the hole radius for clean smooth holes without excessive pressure. U-shaped spaces between teeth allows for excellent chip removal. All bits have a 7/16” hex quick change impact shank that fits ½” or larger electric drills and are often used in HOLE-HAWG ® type drills. The precision milled shank helps eliminate any wobble. A hex key is also included for quick and easy feed screw replacement. These bits are definitely designed for the professional. PILOT BIT & MANDREL
These pilot bits are designed for use with most mandrels and hole saws made of industrial quality high speed steel. Bits feature a 135° split point for easy starting. This also helps prevent the bit from walking on work surface. Flats on the shank prevent bit from slipping within the mandrel. The ¼” x 3 ¼” pilot bit has 2 “flats” and is designed for use with item #0-180 mandrel – 7/16” hex q/c. the ¼” x 4 ¼” pilot bit has 3 “flats” and is designed for use with item #0-179 mandrel ¼” round.

Shanks fit any two or three jaw chuck. Mandrels come complete with a three position high-speed ¼” pilot drill. Item 0-179 features a ¼” ROUND SHANK and will fit drills with a ¼” or larger chuck. It is designed for use of hole saws up to 1 3/16” diameter. Item 0-180 features a 3/8” HEX SHANK. It is designed for hole saws 1 ¼” and large (up to 6”). Professional quality “Zirconia” flap disc. Flap disc eliminate the time consuming process of changing from a grinding wheel to a resin fiber disc in the middle of a job. One flap disc can be used for both heavy stock removal and fine finishing. The layered Zirconia grained flaps wear evenly, exposing new sharp cutting surfaces which maintain a consistent and uniform cutting action. This provides faster and cooler grinding without bluing.
